Dear Parents and Students,

It’s that time!! We are kicking off our annual Sponsorship Drive! Our Sponsorship Drive is one of our largest and most important fundraisers of the year and we need all families to participate to make it a success.

What is the Sponsorship Drive?

Did you know that student dues alone only cover approximately 42% of the band budget? Without fundraisers, our dues would be more than double what they are! Sponsorships close that gap much faster than sales of flowers, candy, etc.

During the Sponsorship Drive, students and parents contact employers, local area businesses, and friends & family to offer sponsorship opportunities with the Band. Your enthusiasm about the band is your biggest selling point! Don’t be afraid to ask - our community members are very generous.

There are sponsorship levels for ANY donation amount. The best part? Students will be allocated 20% of EVERYTHING collected to their band/color guard student account. This is an easy way to earn enough money to pay your entire dues or pay for the trip to Universal Orlando.

What is our Fundraising Goal?

This year’s goal is $16,000

How does it work?

Each family will access the digital packet to send to potential sponsors. Students should begin to visit/contact local businesses immediately seeking sponsorships from local businesses/patrons of North Paulding High School Band. Be sure your sponsors include your student’s name when they pay online.

Sponsors will submit their information and pay through the “Support Us” section on the Band’s website. All information included in the student packet is also available there for you to make additional copies.

Important Note: Be sure to check with a company’s policy about direct support. Corporate companies such as Costco and Publix Charities do not support booster clubs according to their terms and conditions. Support cannot be directed to the school with the hopes that it will transfer to the band. Sponsors must directly support the North Paulding Band Boosters Inc. 

The Sponsorship Drive runs June 1st - August 12th ! Get out there and raise some $$$!
